geweest. Er is veel sneeuw gevallen en dus konden we de sportschool niet bereiken.

In the first sentence you use 'elke week', which is perfect but it sounds more natural and fluently if you put 'elke week' in front of 'drie'.

#Ik ren elke week drie of 4 dagen.

You can also replace 'elke' with 'per' and leave it as it is.

#Ik ren 3 of 4 dagen per week.

Ik ren drie of vier dagen elke week. In September zullen mijn vrouw en ik de "4-mile Van dam tot dam" race rennen. We hebben races in Sydney en Budapest gerend.
