Jacob: Klaar is Kees
Jacob: een Pietje precies
Jacob: zo arm als Job
Jacob: handige Harry
Sydney: Jacob, what's our first expression?
Jacob: Klaar is Kees
Sydney: literally meaning "ready is Kees." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "the work is done." Kees used to be a very popular first name in the Netherlands. In this context, it means Kees has finished work.
